With a satisfying dose of place value under our belts, we are moving into the nuts and bolts of multi-digit multiplication.  

Q. What can I do to empower my child?  

A. Stop by the dollar store for a pack of multiplication cards and start practicing.  Without the basic facts memorized, our kids feel frustrated.
