Math: Move from area and perimeter to fractions! On our testing, the students show that it is time to attack fractions.
Reading: Main idea and making inferences in fiction and nonfiction. We are at 50% of the year for Accelerated Reader, so the students need to keep reading and testing!
Writing: Personal narratives and review essays again! We have our district writing assessment for 4th grade in February.
History: We're on the Oregon Trail!
Science: Students are studying properties of liquids, solids, gasses.
Specials: Basketball in PE, textures and colors in Art, and patriotic songs in Music.
Needs: 1. Volunteers to read with kids. 2. Ask your student what score they received on the homework AR books they are reading.
